It is my goal that we create gorgeous, timeless photos of your family while having the session be enjoyable and relaxed for all.
There are a variety of packages to choose from for both newborn and family sessions based on your needs. Once the package is determined a booking email will be sent.
The booking email includes a contract, invoice, and questionnaire to be completed in order for the date to be secured. Note: newborn sessions are scheduled after the baby’s arrival.

Prior to the session, I learn about your family and children through an online questionnaire. This helps me get to know you & your family better and ensures a more personalized experience.
I will also email you my Family Prep Guide, as well as my Outfit Inspiration Guide closer to the session date to help you make styling and outfit decisions.
Your session location will be finalized roughly five days prior to your session date.
All of the preparation prior to the session will make our time together relaxed and effortlessly fun for all. We will have a great time!
Some images will be ‘lightly-posed’, but the majority of the photos will be candid shots. I love capturing families playing, snuggling, being silly, and just loving on each other.
After the session, a sneak peek might be posted to social media. Be sure to follow Instagram @heidiaubinphoto and Facebook
Approximately 3 weeks after the photo session, your online photo gallery will be emailed to you. At that time you may download your digital photos immediately!
There is an option to purchase prints and products directly from your online gallery. 4-6 weeks after products are purchased, they will be delivered. For more information visit the photo wall gallery page.
